Recently, agricultural issuance Yuzhong County branch approved 240 million yuan rural circulation system construction project loan. This loan will be used for the rural revitalization supply chain logistics project of our city, to accelerate the distribution of logistics and express outlets in "three counties and one district" (Yuzhong County, Gaolan County, Yongdeng County, Honggu District), and to make up for the weak links in the internal circulation.

It proposed to speed up the distribution of logistics and express delivery outlets in rural areas, implement the project of "express delivery to villages", encourage the development of "multi-station integrated service stations for passengers, goods and mail in towns and villages", and "one-point-multi-capability" comprehensive service stations for village delivery and logistics. We will promote the joint distribution of logistics between counties and rural areas, and promote the integrated development of passenger, freight and postal services in rural areas. After multiple investigations, it decided to build the rural revitalization supply chain logistics project in three phases in "three counties and one district" of our city, covering 50 towns and 559 administrative villages, benefiting 979,000 people.

The reporter has learned that the project is based on 100% village postal service and focuses on "terminal resource sharing, transportation capacity resource sharing and information resource interworking". The project makes full use of the existing or newly built urban and rural passenger and freight terminals in "three counties and one district", and has complete sorting facilities, equipment, vehicles and other supporting facilities. We will strive to build a comprehensive service platform for the integrated development of rural passenger transport, freight transport, postal services and express delivery services. After the completion of the project, through the urban and rural bus and postal station network, sharing and sharing of transport capacity resources, the "last kilometer" of rural public logistics downlink and "first kilometer" of rural public logistics uplink can be opened up, effectively promoting the cost reduction and efficiency of rural logistics. At the same time, it will play a positive role in promoting the flow of e-commerce into rural areas and agricultural products out of rural areas into cities, promoting the effective alignment of production and consumption between urban and rural areas, and giving strong support to the overall progress of the rural revitalization strategy and accelerating the development of agricultural and rural modernization.
